Ik heb de tas tot nu toe 07-12-2020 op de tijd 20.17 pm ik had dat 4 December zouden ontvangen. Im going to continue in English. Then i got an email (attached) stating that there is a delay in delivery and that i will receive the paid article on saturday 05-12-2020. Up to now i have not yet received it.. Called Fashionette Amsterdam told them all about this and asked for Ups number which they did not have. Got UPS nmbr frm google , called them and according to the lady I spoke, name is Faye, n told me that she has noted my complaint and gave me Sparcity number where my packet is suppose to be at, and was told that the name of the person at UPS is Rami. At 7.30 pm I went to sparcity and the packet was NOT there, spoke and met Rami whom did not receive the packet at all on the day it was suppose to be at., Scaturday 05-12-2020. If my bag will not be delivered in 48hours, i will file a complaint and Sue Fashionette, because they are too unprofessional in this matter..
